About this South Australian Supreme Court affidavit template

This template complies with s 46 and s 97(3) of the Supreme Court Civil Supplementary Rules 2014 (SA) and s 162 of the Supreme Court Civil Rules 2006 (SA).

The affidavit template is a combination of two forms: Form 1, which is the coversheet form for all court documents, and Form 33, which is the affidavit form. The template has a page break between the two forms as the rules of court require.

Because the template complies with the relevant rules of court, this means that it has:

auto pagination;
printing in size 12 font in Arial font (this font is required if the document is to be electronically filed);
margins of 4 centimetres to the left and 2 centimetres to the right of each page;
one and a half spacing between lines; and
double spacing between paragraphs.
